Name Badges

All name badges are created to our customers' specifications with a minimum of 12.
If you would like a price quote, please email us or fill out the form below and you will
get a response within 24 to 48 hrs. To enable us to better serve you, please include
the following information:

Approximate size (standard sizes include: 1" x 3", 1.25" x 3.25", 1.5" x 3.5" and 2" x 3")

Approximate quantity (at least 12)

Number of lines of engraving

Font you would like us to use (see fonts page)

Would you prefer your badges to be beveled (creates a border around the badge), corner rounded
(corners are rounded), or frames (see frames here, they can either be gold or black)?

What kind of backing would you like (see backings here, please specify #1, #2, or #3)?

Will there be a logo?
